| Wheel Bearings: | Coat metal surface with thin film of Militec-1 before packing with grease containing 10% to 15% Militec-1 or use Militec EP-2 Grease.
| Gearboxes, Fluid Drivers, Speed
Reducers: | Add 2 ounces per quart/liter of primary lubricant every 1,000 hours of operation or 30,000 miles (48,000 km). For large sumps with extra large oil reservoirs and oil coolers, add 1 ounce per quart/liter every 1,500 hours of operation.
| Air Compressors: | Add 3 ounces per quart/liter of primary lubricant for the first 1,000 operational hours. Subsequent applications, add 1 ounce per quart/liter of primary lubricant. Apply each oil change or every 1,000 hours whichever is greater, not to exceed 1,500 operational hours.
| Refrigeration, Air Conditioners:
| Add ¼ ounce per ton of refrigeration capacity. | Hydraulics: | Add 8 ounces to every 5 gallons of hydraulic fluid every 1,000 hours of operation.
